good service in the restaurant of the westin hotel, but not quite the ambiente of her beach bar and grill, which I would recommend first.

"I was for the first time in this magical place. The Level of Melia Punta Cana Beach is an wanderfull resort wich exceed our expectations and we felt great there. "The service here is absolutely fantastic, any problem that the team showed up at the Grand Palladium Palace would be able to solve it. Specially, Helen, Jose and Louisa of Concierge, these three people are the best employees that the resort has!! On the first day I realized that I forgot my laptop charge and they called so many people to find a charger for me, so I was able to do everything I had. We also had problems with our room and they were beyond to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend coming here!"

"Best non inclusive resort in Punta Cana. Great location close to the airport. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We have been here several times in the past two years. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. Definitely recommended if you are not looking for an all inclusive resort."

"The hotel is modern and clean. The staff though they don’t speak English well but they try their best to understand you. There are a lot of events to do in this big hotel, you do not even need to go out from the resort. It’s a very good family resort. Very good cot that they provide and a very big room. A lot of restaurants to choose but you need reservations. The biggest pool I have ever been, if you want the pool for yourself, you need to wake up early in the morning as it gets packed in the afternoon during our stay. Over all I am very happy with this resort, I would definitely come back. Great Experience….."

This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here a long time. If you stay for a few nights, you will not be disappointed. We loved it here! People really do the trip. You feel like a VIP. The food is excellent and the waiters don't let you go for a minute without drinking. It's really a luxury. If you come, say hello to Joe Fro for us. The beach is clean and beautiful."
