We took the package that includes buggy, zipline and lazy river. Money well spent especially for the ziplines , lunch and lazy river. I would have rated 5 stars...

The staff are great. The problem is that when you go for the buggy excursion. They don't let you bring your phone so you can't take pictures of your experience...

"This resort is beautiful and amazing I would definitely stay again! Pros: Very safe (I traveled alone and felt very comfortable), staff was amazing, professional and nice, I don't speak Spanish and never really had any communication problems. Also cool activities and amenities. Not really Cons, but not pros: The food was simple, but still good. The resort is huge, so not easily walkable they have pick up trains / cars (but they are not so common at night)"

"We originally booked this resort, but we were updated to another resort hotel due to overbooking. We spent a lot of time in this hotel due to our friends and relatives at this resort. We enjoyed their food, restaurant and other amenities. Your buffet restaurant was good and they have a nice choice. The pools were large and not too crowded. We had a lot of fun with our children and family. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Near the water park. However, I must mention our updated hotel. Riu Palace Punta Cana. I have to say we really enjoyed our stay. At first we felt kind of bad to be away from our friends and family, but staying in the updated hotel was a much better experience. The difference in quality was certainly remarkable especially in food, drinks and amenities. If you can afford to stay here, we recommend this hotel. There was not much difference in the pool sizes. Staying all in the Riu Hotels was a great experience for our friends and family."

"My husband and I stayed here for 6 days and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our room was clean and fresh, housekeeping came daily to replenish the bar and the linens and clean the room. Everyone of the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating from the time we walked in until the time we left the resort. Dolores Yomira were awesome receptionists! They made sure we had what we needed during our stay and they were always welcoming and friendly! Awesome resort to stay in!"

"If they ever find in punta cana and on the look for some high-quality authentic means of life, then don't look further. we chose this restaurant on recommendation of our representative in the resort where we were. eating was excellent! much better than eating in the resort! sometimes they only have to pay extra for high-quality experiences, and noahs definitely fulfills our expectations. I recommend this fabulous restaurant. our server was so friendly!"
