"I will start off by saying Alfonso on the rooftop bar is phenomenal. He is so welcoming, charming, and overall a really great people person. He stood out the most among all the people we met. Secondly, Andres aka cappuccino was also the light of the party. He was awesome at getting all the guest engaged to have a good time. Nelly was also a great person because he did good at encouraging guests to do activities. Lastly, our concierge guy, Nathaniel, was very informational and helpful throughout the entire stay. All of these gentlemen need recognition for their job well done on the resort. Overall the experience was good and would come back again! The staff truly appreciate everyone being there and are very welcoming."

"The reviews I read before were horrible. Don’t listen to them. The place is beautiful. Employees are awesome and very friendly. You have a lot of choice for the food and it’s very good. The place is also very clean. The shows are very diversified. The beach is wonderful ! It was my first time in Punta cana and I’ll return there for sure. Thank you for this amazing retreat.."
