"I will start off by saying Alfonso on the rooftop bar is phenomenal. He is so welcoming, charming, and overall a really great people person. He stood out the most among all the people we met. Secondly, Andres aka cappuccino was also the light of the party. He was awesome at getting all the guest engaged to have a good time. Nelly was also a great person because he did good at encouraging guests to do activities. Lastly, our concierge guy, Nathaniel, was very informational and helpful throughout the entire stay. All of these gentlemen need recognition for their job well done on the resort. Overall the experience was good and would come back again! The staff truly appreciate everyone being there and are very welcoming."

"The service here is absolutely fantastic, any problem that the team showed up at the Grand Palladium Palace would be able to solve it. Specially, Helen, Jose and Louisa of Concierge, these three people are the best employees that the resort has!! On the first day I realized that I forgot my laptop charge and they called so many people to find a charger for me, so I was able to do everything I had. We also had problems with our room and they were beyond to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend coming here!"

"We decided to eat something before we buy for our food. We had no reservations. but they fit us. The service was excellent. They didn't have a drink card that's a little weird, but they said they could do anything. We ordered sushi and I must say that it is probably some of the best sushi we've ever had. We had sushi around the world and this was just crazy good..who would have thought that in punta cana ..we actually sat at the sushi bar so to speak and got to see all dishes coming out. everyone looked good. We even had the tuna thorns ..WOW... you have to try them and try this place.."

"Wonderful experience, nice rooms, great and friendly staff. The buffet was ridiculously good with different varieties every day. The pool was lovely and met new people every day. Swim up bar was particularly convenient. Short 10 minute walk to the beach but there is a trolley that comes quite regularly you could hop on. Overall I'd recommend to anyone who's coming out to Punta Cana"
