Stumbled upon this place just walking down one of the main streets in old quebec. Great find. Cheap beer, great music and great vibe. Can't wait to go again. Was fairly empty when we got there @ 10 at night. Slowly filled to maximum. Everyone was having a great time View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Bar les Yeux Bleus:
we found this bar by accident w had not planned on going here. a small alley leads to it. poor set up and grungy feel. a bachelor party was happening at the entrance and having to walk by a bunch of half naked 20 somethings all smoking drugs and cigs was not really appealing. the group was flashing there bits at us and other patrons as well.staf did nothing about it. finished our one drink quickly and left View all feedback.
