What Stephen De Wint doesn't like about Bleu Marine:
This is a difficult review to write. Bleu Marine wasn't bad, the food and wine pairings were very interesting. But it was definitely overpriced for what it offered. The food tries to be Michelin style, but isn't and probably shouldn't try so hard. The supposed six courses were only really four and a half courses, wines only matched with five dishes.
