I went in with my wife and daughter. The front attendant was attending a family selling ice cream. There was another attendant in the back and no one in the store. We get the drink and call the attendant. she heard we were talking Portuguese and simply ignored us! We call again with a pardon and an "excusez-moi" but nothing forwarded!
