to have gone there very often I can say that the quality of the food is good, the fast service, we can eat in the halls of Saint-Foy or take it away. ideal for days at work. employees don't always have a smile on the lips, or an excellent French, but in the end it's what you're going to eat that really matters. What User doesn't like about General Tao:
It's a counter at the Ste-Foy Halls, not a restaurant. You can take your order or eat on site in the public room. This counter is of poor quality. At my last experience, the orange beef was immangeable, hard as the sole. the sauce had a wave of "general tao" with probably orange zest in flocon.
