I had the chance to experience this st. hubert here in quebec city. we tried half the chicken and fish and chips. presentation was nice. service was amazing! eating tastes good and was really on the salty side. the fish, chocks and gravy...so eat every single part seemed hard to swallow. except the salt brush. it would have been amazing!
