We rediscovered this place because they move from Ste-Foy 5 years ago, since we leave close, we decided to stop by after a day outside under the sun. we sat near the wine display which is filled with tons of great looking wine bootles. You can use the WLAN of the place free of charge, Depending on the weather conditions, you can also sit outside and be served. The premises on site are accessible, and therefore no problem for customers with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.

What Gary F doesn't like about Restaurant Rascal:
This was purported to be a very good steak house. Well, other than the hostess, it was a bomb! The waitress couldn’t give us the time of day, didn’t care with what we had to comment on and seemed rushed it wasn’t hat busy. The food was so so t beat; my wife’s 6 Oz filet looked and tasted like a hamburger patty and was about as thick as one. Waitress says “oh, ok”. I don’t think there was a language issue.
