Super disappointing, I used to LOVE firehouse... But now I don't know why I continue to give this place more chances, it always comes out wrong. I asked for no onions and no peppers. First attempt, the sandwich had both, they said they'd remake it. They did and it had onions on it, again. Then to add just a little something extra, the included a few black hairs in my sandwich. They were great. Made the Tuna sub the old way for me. Appreciate they did that!!
Turkey Bacon ranch was good, had tomatoes when asked for none, no big deal. Steak and cheese had added cheese for $1 and there was the regular amount.
