this colorful little esserei adds to the igloo hotel has a vegan menu, a rather short list of directed, but similar in the length to the non veg menu. we had the vegan burger, and it was one of the best veg burger I had. made with kicherbsen, it had a light, almost flocky texture in the inner and a crispy outer. the plant-based chef matthew Kenny no longer works on it and it is no longer called casa planta. old menu changed.
