What John F doesn't like about Begbie's And Bistro:
Stopping here for a night on route to Prince George with my daughter. I ordered the Canadian burger which was a good basic burger, she ordered the chicken teriyaki with rice. It had too much sauce, was more like a soup, had some of the chicken and veggies, she left hungry. Don't order the iced tea. Service was very good. Older dated restaurant, clean. read more.

"It was almost a full house. We were there for dinner for 4 adults. Food was fresh and hot. I was very impressed with the food portions and quality of the food. The waiter didn't hestitate to follow up and make sure our food orders were correct and it was what we were expecting. This was our first visit for all four of us. Bottom line myself and my 3 out of town guests loved it and we will all be going back for another dinner next time everyone is in town."

"41 years ago this August 2017 Horst and Christa Teetzan headed to this quaint town with an idea. Today it has grown to a well established family café on one of the main streets in town. Horst would tell you that he is proud to be a local bowling champion and that his son Gerd carries on the family business with passion. We stopped in and delighted in some of the local gossip, picked up an incredible loaf of Farmers Rye Bread, and admired a lot of the in house made delicacies.
