We have dines at Betuccini's many times and it is one of the most inconsistant places in Rosarito. Some times the food is fabulous, and other times just so so. This time the salads were not fresh at all. I paid over $10 for a chicken ceasar salad with brown lettuce. Looks like they need a little better quality control.
