"Booked table for small wedding celebration. Made booking 4 weeks ago. Specified requirements and assured that they could be allowed . Called into restaurant a week ago to confirm booking and go over arrangements. Was assured again. Rang the evening prior to wedding to add guest and was told they had no booking . I was quizzed and given excuses about staff taking orders without checking with management. I was made to wait and then told the booking was ok but the other arrangements not possible. When I insisted I was told they would ring back but 3hrs after my original call I have no information and I when I asked for the managers number I was refused. After being a customer for many years , sometimes more than once a week I am shocked . Will never go again"

"I recommend booking a table here due to small capacity. Large portions! I'm not keen on batter but Fishers' batter is thin and crispy. They'll also steam your fish if you prefer. Ladies toilet wasn't very clean the day I visited."
