I waited for over an hour for my delivery and when it finally arrived, the food was completely cold. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered the phone for the past half hour. I received no dinner, no replacement, and no response from the restaurant. The service was very poor. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 1. We had yet another enjoyable meal at this restaurant. Hannah was fantastic as usual - attentive, friendly, and helpful. She took great care of us and was always happy to chat. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
I recently enjoyed a dinner at this restaurant and it was absolutely wonderful. The price per person is over £100, but the food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special dining experience.
