"Placed an online order, curbside pickup, said it would be ready between 7:53-7:56 , got there at 7:50 , checked in and waited and waited 8:00 and waited and waited 8:15 and waited and waited, had to go through drive thru, didn't get my order till almost 8:30 ? , the food is good, but seem the service has gone down the drain."

"I always place a curbside order to avoid going inside. The last two times I ordered the phone numbers either don’t work or it just rings forever. Today I decided to pick up inside. Although the food was hot and fresh and the restaurant was fairly clean, the guy making pizzas was not wearing a hair net or gloves! He had both bare hands down inside multiple toppings and making pizzas. I asked the manager if they had protocol to wear gloves for sanitary reasons and he said “only sometimes”. Minutes later the employee returned with gloves and a hair net. fortunately our food was hot and delicious but I was a little grossed out. I will be hesitant to visit this location again."

"Got the most HORRIBLE experiance today. I took them half an hr to get one mcdouble and small fries done. Had me waiting out in the drive thru meanwhile im seeing people the big orders going out right away. I take it upon myself to go inside and ask where my order is at and some little girl named Faith had the nerve so say oh i gave that out already along time ago rolled her eyes and turned around my response was appearantly not im still here i waited another 10mins inside to get my food finally its done and the little girl FAITH (skinny, highlights in her hair, not to dark bt not to light either) dicided to almost throw my food at me on the counter. Baby girl or anyone working there if you all do not i repeat DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB please quit and have someone else take your place im pretty sure they will appriciate more than you do."

"Got tacos from here the sliced bacon and the egg wasn’t cooked all the way for both tacos. I threw them away, there’s $5 down the drain. Definitely not going there again. Also seemed like they put half a scoop of food in tacos……It’s a shame."
