My daughter came through the line earlier and I have never been so disappointed in an establishment. They forgot her Big Mac and then refused to do anything saying that “there’s nothing we can do” even though her food was visible. They also forgot her happy meal toy after she got home. This is my neighborhood location, and I usually get very good service here. As an added plus, their ice cream machine is always working when I order. ?
