Locals pub, seen up for pub sports, but staff friendly and well loved ale
Great pub with great service and staff
Love this pub and the welcoming staff including Daisy the Jack Russel
I was only sat in my car waiting to pick my husband up .so I cant really rate the place .husband said the food was ok but he only had chips!
It wasnt what I would class as a villiage pub

"From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royal nature and felt special on every way. That was our first time here, but not our last time. eating was raised and every bite of my eating was amazing in every sight. giovanni was fantastic and was there to explain this wonderful experience and diana made sure we didn't want anything. perfect service. I've tasted steak before, but that was the best steak I've ever tasted in my life. the supplements were also amazing. this is now the best place for steak in berkshire. my son's birthday was made perfect by this restaurant. You're not a one until you've been here. it is a number 1 on her list when she loves steak as much as I."

"Love this place. For me the best pub in the UK! Friendly service. A decent selection of ales at a good price. Didn't eat this time but the rolls are amazing. Lovely garden or watch the world go by out the front. Perfection!"

"This place is incredible! The food is super delicious and the best Indian food that I can remember ever having. Beautiful main dishes, the mushroom rice and spinach rice are a treat, and even the naan bread is a delight. We discovered this place by accident recently and this second visit easily lived up to our high expectations after that first experience. "Ok, but there's tonnes better. Beef great, chicken a bit pink. No bread sauce with chicken. No highchair as requested, or offered when obviously needed. Small plate offered but never turned up. Veg is just boiled nothing interesting. Crumble was lovely. Mixed bag."
