Stayed here with our motor home. Owner staff and locals very friendly a proper local pub. Food was great, atmosphere relaxed and upbeat. There is hard standing or a level paddock to park in, very peaceful and spacious. We will stay again on our return...journey if able. Thanks Karen View all feedback.
What Sally Mason doesn't like about The Cottage Inn:
A so-called country village pub. Last time was disappointed that dogs not allowed in the comfortable bar, only in the so-called sports bar This time, a sunny summer Saturday, it's closed for a private function. I'm glad it's not my local. View all feedback.
Beautiful atmosphere, friendly service great eating
Child-friendly pub. the outside is really good with a small playground, goats, hates and much green space to run and play, children love it. eating was good and not expensive.
Really nice family-friendly restaurant. children are massive (I would have ordered one for my two) that eating was delicious. clear allergen menu and beautiful attentive staff. would go back. there is a children's playground/field and small animals directly outside the pubs. there is also a small pub garden. can be highly recommended. only slightly negatiw was that there were no baby change facilities in the lady bath.
Came for mothers day yesterday, no complaints from anyone, thoroughly enjoyed our Food! Waitresses were very hard working and very attentive. Puddings were delicious! Kids loved playing in the field/play equipment after and seeing the animals. We will be back! Thankyou
Very welcoming, thank you for letting us stay over in our motorhome.
