"Cacau has really stepped up their game on vegan food! There's so much choice now from delicious artisanal drinks and fresh exotic juices, to cakes, ice cream, paninis and main meals! Their biscoff cake is amazing! And I also love the beans soup, and their vegan version of the traditional feijoada. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is so relaxing, a pure Brazilian gem in the North East. I'd give it a 5* but the app won't let me as the cafe is not 100% vegan. : Updated from previous review on 2019-01-08"

"What a good sound! we enjoyed a wonderful meal at a cheap price, freshly cooked and friendly scientific service. the building was beautifully restored loved the flowing! in the east they reach both the railway station and the central middlesbrough. highly recommended!"

"I love the vibe here: chill, comfy seats, industrial vibe, really great selection of books to read on the shelves. Coffees are really tasty, and we'll made they know how to pull a shot of espresso. Food is nice too, and they always bring over a bottle of water and cups with your coffee, those small touches really help!"

"All seven people in our party loved every selection of food we ordered from the kartoffeln to the tuna starters and the filet steak (boiled to perfection) to the Cajun chicken (for my Fussy friend) and the beef-stroganof or lemon chicken net. none of us were disappointed. also the young waitress who served us was enthusiastic. thank you."
