"The WFPB meals are delicious. The portion sizes are generous. Plenty of protein in each entree (i.e., black beans, nuts, seeds, etc. . A vegan bread/toast is available and delicious. "Showed up 7:00pm, 35 minutes before listed closing. Doors locked, dining room lights off, employees scurrying about cleaning restaurant. I was so disappointed. Then I realized there was a dimly lit sign indicating that the drive through was open. I figured it was an accident, but proceeded to the window on foot,my Peterbilt with 53? trailer would not fit. I was greeted by a very friendly and understanding young lady. Her service in getting my food and turning around my disappointment was 10/10 . She also understood that I was a trucker, and realized I was stuck in town( being most Hwy?s were shut down). She engaged me in conversation about poor road conditions and her understanding of them from where she was from. Pleasant conversation and delicious food! Sever name on receipt was Alyssa H. She is a master of customer service and deserves recognition."
