"The original pancake house in redmond is one of my favorite places to eat Breakfast! We come from Prineville just to get their crepes. Their customer service is impeccable! They're so kind and accommodating. We have a 2 year old and they always go out of their way for her. I truly enjoyed everything I've ate. 10/10"

"The WFPB meals are delicious. The portion sizes are generous. Plenty of protein in each entree (i.e., black beans, nuts, seeds, etc. . A vegan bread/toast is available and delicious. (The GF bread/toast is not vegan . Vegan margarine is also used. The vegan menu page/entrees were added in 2013. Unfortunately, they have since added animal options to the page. Updated from previous review on 2013-09-24"

"Showed up 7:00pm, 35 minutes before listed closing. Doors locked, dining room lights off, employees scurrying about cleaning restaurant. I was so disappointed. Then I realized there was a dimly lit sign indicating that the drive through was open. I figured it was an accident, but proceeded to the window on foot,my Peterbilt with 53? trailer would not fit. I was greeted by a very friendly and understanding young lady. Her service in getting my food and turning around my disappointment was 10/10 . She also understood that I was a trucker, and realized I was stuck in town( being most Hwy?s were shut down). She engaged me in conversation about poor road conditions and her understanding of them from where she was from. Pleasant conversation and delicious food! Sever name on receipt was Alyssa H. She is a master of customer service and deserves recognition."

"The garlic Frenchfrycicles were pretty bad. The everything burger would have been perfect, but the bun must have been sitting outside overnight nearly as cold as the Frenchfycicles. Insides were wonderful, though! (I paid extra for express delivery. Was I pranked?"

"The service was missing as it was in the past. the pizza we wanted (prosciutto, arugula was not available. in the did several items were sold out. the products we received were delicious (margarita pizza cesar salad, meatball sandwich. we paid $67 for two. When we asked to buy two $50 gift certificates, we were told after checking them, she could not deliver gift certificates now. she said smart, maybe next time? I have to say that there will be no next time.. we will be sure that our experience is known when the name pisanos comes. not only did they lose $100 tonight, but they lost at least 2 customers maybe more."
