"The original pancake house in redmond is one of my favorite places to eat Breakfast! We come from Prineville just to get their crepes. Their customer service is impeccable! "The WFPB meals are delicious. The portion sizes are generous. Plenty of protein in each entree (i.e., black beans, nuts, seeds, etc. . A vegan bread/toast is available and delicious. (The GF bread/toast is not vegan . Vegan margarine is also used. The vegan menu page/entrees were added in 2013. Unfortunately, they have since added animal options to the page. "Service was good, a little slow but they were really busy. I had a wet chicken burrito with rice and beans. Very good. Their enchilada sauce was delish! I decided to have dessert and OMG the Chimi Manzana was sooo good. It is a deep fried burrito filled with apples and cinnamon with ice cream and Carmel sauce on top. Super sweet but super good! I will definitely be back."
