"The duck had a pretty bad call for a few years and right. under the last administration the pub was often understated, which led to a slow and unfriendly service. eating was terrible and the beer was warm (see comments below). But...this beautiful little pub and beergarten at the ufer der donau have just opened under new management. what a different! friendly, attentive waitress, small but interesting menu too very cheap preisen (hot roast €7.90) and very well cooked meal times (especially the crispy roasted trout and frying pork with crack). in the menu the new owners say that they are made for the use of local products (dumbing up) and many of the next dishes are made to home (spätzle, knödel), not something they often see. we were welcomed and approved by all employees, including the chef and the chef. we were so impressed at lunch that we have already booked a table for an evening meal. a lot of luck for the new team. If they go on as they have begun, the golden entrance will become a very popular beer garden again."
