Perfect for an exit with non-vegan people. There are many vegan options: a pie pie, pesto pasta, a seasonal vegetable risotto, several pizzas and even several desserts (from chocolate foam memory and crumble). I’m always happy with what I eat, it’s really nice a good quality restaurant that lets everyone get together. View all feedback.
What SallySea doesn't like about Angello:
I was looking forward to finally having a vegan meal in France but this was very disappointing. The pizza toppings were raw and had ingredients missing, including the piquillo cream. The waitress also said it wasn't possible to add an extra topping to my daughter's pizza even though it was available. Very inflexible. Updated from previous review on 2022-08-12 View all feedback.
They have a great selection of vegetarian and vegan dressed and pizzas- and they are kreatiw! not only a single boring Margherita pizza, there are so many options and they can see that they take care of the coming with everyone. the price is fair. the restaurant itself has a very nice atmosphere, the waitress spoke good English and was very sweet for us.
Several choices of vegetarian and vegan pizzas, it changes from the classic margharrita, here there is originality
It's been a long time since I wanted to come to lunch and it's done this Friday. Home and advice on top. Pizzas are always as good. Service is effective. We're having a great time. I invite you to stop there and enjoy a good pizza.
Merit 3.5/5 but no more. I explained: In a positive point the restaurant offers very good dishes in terms of taste, with good products, the premises are very well and the very friendly service. However, the amount of food in the plate (pizza as pasta) is too low: at the end of the meal one is still really hungry, and the price is much too excessive: it is not normal to pay 18€ a large pizza to discover a small pizza not to be filled, to compare: the most expensive pizza of a very good pizzaiolo in Annecy (the Little grania Italy) also costs 17€ and is bigger, In dessert, the tiramisu is very drunk because the mascarpone was very compact what is a pity, because the taste was very good, at least it allowed me not to be hungry at the end. In conclusion, this restaurant has good potential but it is spoiled by the exaggerated price regarding the quantity and quality of the meal.
I wanted to taste angello for a long time, especially her pizza, which is embroidered with Piquillo cream. it seems that the menu changes somewhat, depending on what is in the season, so the nice on the pizza I wanted to test were not exactly the same as when I looked at the menu in the summer. it's a great thing, but I don't like beetroot, so I finally have a pizza decorated with carrot cream, pumpkin, fennel, black olive and black radishes. I don't really like this last ingredient, but it didn't bother me as much as I thought. fennel was a great supplement, but the carrot cream, the pumpkin and even the olives were a bit of a mix to my taste. the smokey oil helped a little, but I would have preferred something spicy to add on my pizza. the crust was pretty good by the way. what I really like about angello is that they offer clearly marked refined vegan dishes. I also appreciate the fact that vegan options are cheaper than non-vegans. they seem to have added vegan dessert to the menu recently. the local craft beer (Sainte-Colombe) is vegan. Even if I wasn't completely convinced with what I ordered, I'm sure I'll come back to try the risotto, the summer version of the piquillo basic pizza and the vegan desserts! the staff was very nice and friendly!
