Last had Faggots Peas here over thirty years ago and apart from moving from one side of the market to the other, nothing (and I mean nothing) except the price, has changed; fantastic!! The same home made Foggots and mushy Peas served in a thick tasty Gravy is to die for and exactly how I remember it; How very satisfying in this day and age and will not be leaving it another thirty years before coming back. read more.

"Visited this cafe just by chance looking for somewhere for a warm drink to get out of the rain with our dog 'The Bear '. Was welcomed in and guided to a table downstairs. So t be fooled with the view from outside. There 's loads of space indoors. Brilliant service and made such a fuss of our choccy Lab. Ordered 2 teas and a banana split.
