What Valleyschick1 doesn't like about Prince's Resturant:
We are soon to go into a 2 week lockdown so I needed to do a big Iceland shop and I was luckily enough to get a home delivery slot. After doing the shopping I bought some presents from Warren James the Jewellers, H Samuels,... View all feedback.
We usually call in Princes when we go shopping in Ponty it’s almost a tradition. They bake lovely bread, and their fresh rolls and tea is a lovely combination. My favourite is the corned beef wedge with beans chips. Always excellent service. The only disappointment is their custard slices.
Visited for afternoon tea on the weekend. Great service and good quality food. However, the only thing that would improve the experience would be the pastries having at least one vegetarian option such as a cheese and onion pasty. Overall great experience.
Came for lunch on our first outing with our newborn, food was lovely and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. Thank you for such a wonderful experience
I now live in Port Talbot so was lovely to revisit as I try to do at every opportunity! Had chicken curry, rice and chips. Plenty of chicken, tasty with hot lovely chips, decaf cappuccino, tasty all under a tenner! Really helpful friendly waitress. The owner was buzzing around, checking everyone was happy, just like his dad and uncle used to before him! Was like stepping back in time.. perfect!!
Had lunch and we were very disappointed. Cheap burgers, chicken no imagination of something akin to a hunters chicken, roast beef served with froxzen carrots and dried out roast potatoe. Waitress very friendly and helpful, but the food is awful.
