Stayed there while on business. Older, but cozy. Arguably the cleanest room I have stayed in, and I travel every week all over Wisconsin! I had dinner one night in the restaurant and even though the freezers went down overnight, they managed to still make one of the very best burgers I have ever had. All the staff were so friendly. What Lavinia Kuhlman doesn't like about Camp 28:
I wanted to love this place but was disappointed. Went here for dinner a few weeks ago with my Husband and 5 kids. My Daughter and I both ordered a fish fry. Neither of us received a dinner roll or soup/salad (I believe the menu stated that was included with our dinner) our fish was also served with no tartar sauce and we weren't offered any.
