Bibo Pizzeria - Richmond

NOTE: All food and beverages were complimentary, but all opinions are based on my own personal experience. Last month, I was invited by Peak Communicators to attend the official launch of Bibo Restaurant at Richmond’s McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Mall. They had their soft opening back in October last year, but the official launch was on February 29, 2016. This is now their second location, with the first in Kitsilano.

The Italian restaurant, The BiBo Pizzeria con Cucina, has offically opened its second location in Vancouver at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Malls by the Vancouver International Airport. Following the success of its first location in Kitsilano, owners Andrea and Michela Bini sought to expand their passion for authentic Italian pizza and wine to Richmond as well.

Ordered the porcini mushroom gnocchi and the four cheese pizza. I loved how cheesy the pizza was. It was really good. The gnocchi was really chewy and also really good.

Specialize in authentic Italian cuisine and Neapolitan pizza, they have a collection of hand stretched pizzas, very nicely designed and authentic taste. We ordered a green salad, Fusilli al Tartufo (sub with Fettuccini), and a Meat Lover pizza (add prosciutto). Very delicious and filling great job with the pizza.

I LOVE their pizza! My first time there was amazing, the waiters (literally all of them) were so kind and the food was great. The chicken wings were seasoned very well. Will be back there again!
