We found ourselves looking for a sushi place in Richmond. First we walked into another sushi place ( i won't mention their name) and found the staff to be rude and unhelpful, so we walked out the door and luckily found the Sushi House.We were given tea as we sat down, and the server kept our teas topped up for the entire dinner. What User doesn't like about Sushi House:
Had lunch with 3 friends. The food took a while for one of our friends, at least 20-25 minutes after we got our food. Food was ok, the lunch specials were fairly cheap but the service was non existent. Never even got one visit to top up tea or see how things were. Not sure if we will be back! View all feedback.

They have ok sushi but the service is not that good.__I ordered Teriyaki Chicken there once and it was so soggy.
The service was lacking at this restaurant. The staff were impolite and abrasive, but the food was delicious. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills!
We had ordered in the last few years from here for our office dinner and they have never failed! Eating is consistent and of good value, we get in the regular their Bento boxes that come with rice cano soup, my favorite is their...Tempura bento, light and crispy even after packed and delivered! try to eat it on a day!
