What Orlando D'Amore doesn't like about Casa Del Barco Short Pump:
Menu had few choices and not very exciting. Food was bland and while presented nice the food just seemed cheap. However the food was anything but cheap and well overpriced for what you got. They charged 20% gratuity which is my usual tip as I was once a waiter. The server did very little and if you order the food with their app the server would have even less to do. The staff at the restaurant was understaffed, resulting in a long wait for someone to serve our table and in between server visits.
Came in for a early dinner and to celebrate Mother's day a day early on Saturday, May 11th. The food was great and so was our server.
