If you are looking for fantastic cookies and a wonderful staff, than look no further than the Early Bird Biscuit Company! I discovered her in her original position and fell in love with me. Her cookies are as delicate and flaky as anyone I've ever had or made. All they do is excellent and the crew is a well-oiled machine. You won 't find better biscuits than you will here. They 're amazing food but the service is lackluster. A word of caution also. If you 're a person of color you might have to wait an extra 30 min for your food. 30 min should be enough time to make a new batch of eggs but you might get a smaller amount than usual. Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Biscuit jam with small coffee.
Tiny little place serving up some amazing biscuits and Blanchard's coffee. Definitely recommend the sausage gravy, it was super flavorful and delicious.
