Food is good customer service is bad .... employee not in a good mood and when asked for a extra cup to share a drink they wanted to charge me for a cup when we just spend $45 View all feedback.
The customer service was great and friendly too! The donuts were fresh and flavorful! A delightful treat to start the day.

Always fresh and friendly and has a wide variety of donuts and kolaches! Also has a drive thru!
I got there at 6.15 and was told donuts would be ready in 30 minutes. If you open an hour later than every other donut shop in Richmond donuts should be ready. The man working inside took the front parking spot for himself his white lifted ford truck . in front of the door . I paid almost 9 dollars for 3 burnt kolaches. I wont be back . I know everyone has a bad day but come on .
