Golden Corral - Richmond

The food was good. Service was efficient. Could be a bit cleaner.

Wait five stars for a Golden Corral? Yes, I'm rating based off what it is not a five star restaurant. To be honest I had lost faith in the old standard Golden Corral until today. Our local one in Fredericksburg is terrible to say the least. This place, it's what I'd expect of a good golden corral. Service was friendly, food was fresh and hot/cold, rolls were tasty and the place was very clean. Now like I said if you're looking for a five star restaurant dining experience well then you gotta go to one of those expensive restaurants. If you're looking for a good American style buffet with staff that even seems to enjoy working there this is a good pick!

Had breakfast here on mother's day and the food was delicious. Our server Leslie was wonderful. She made sure we had everything we needed. Great customer service. Cudos to Leslie

Buffet area too small. Not enough room for patrons to comfortably get their food

Overall I enjoyed my food and the atmosphere around us. The steak was super tender and delicious! I also really like that they offer the nacho cheese for tacos etc. so that I can put it on my baked potato. Not many places have that option. My daughter was in love with the icee machine with flavor options.
