Great hotel right in the heart of downtown Richmond, it is directly across the street from the Capital building.
The second star is for the comfy bed and locationThat's all. The one star I'd truly like to give it is for the terrible customer service.
I've stayed here several times when visiting RichmondIt's an older hotel, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
