I live in the neighborhood...went there for lunch .outside drive thru..no one came in to take my order .at least 5 minutes. Unacceptable...went to Chick-fil-A.....

The staff at this one is so much better than other local McDonald's. My order was stolen and they were quick to replace everything. Such great customer service.

"Just want to shout out this great staff my Uber Eats order was delivered and while walking back to my office my bag broke and the food unfortunately scattered across the sidewalk. I called to say I was ordering again (in case they thought it may be a duplicate order) and told them of my unfortunate circumstance haha.Just received my order with a wonderful note. "Extremely clean and friendly staff following Covid Safety guidelines. Our host was charismatic and pleasant, several managers walked around to check that our dining experience was exceptional and I was happy to see it was staffed appropriately for a busy Saturday evening.
