Contribute FeedbackThea's restaurant offers a mixed experience, with excellent appetizers and salads but disappointing entrees. The crab and shrimp pasta lacked proper cooking, the gyro plate had presentation issues, and the greens accompanying the salmon were deemed unappetizing. However, the salmon itself was praised, as were the potatoes and beets. The desserts had mixed reviews, with a flavorless blueberry panna cotta but a delicious mousse cake/pie. The service received mixed reviews, with some complaints about a lack of drink refills. Overall, Thea's seems to excel in certain areas but leaves room for improvement in others.
My place as always check Liz on Thursday and Saturday bartender cool vibes do not forget to tap. Tell her Rick's sinking you.
1181 Anitra SERVICE was AMAZING today. She was awake throughout my visit to this restaurant. EXCELLENT JOB
Customer service in this TGI Friday store was outstanding and beyond. There was a mix-up with an online order that I delivered during the stay at a nearby hotel. The manager, Marcos, bent back to address my concerns and immediately correct the situation. And to ensure my satisfaction, Marcos took it to himself to go the extra mile and personally deliver my order. I cannot thank Marcos and his staff enough!! I recommend this TGI Friday restaurant and it will be my place when I am in Richmond!!
The food was pretty delicious. Had a burger and pommes that were crispy, but not excessively cooked, well seasoned. Steak was also at the table with potatoes that were very tasty and cooked, as ordered. Service fast and friendly. Good experience.
Wouldn't wanna be anywhere else on football Sunday. Our waitress was very helpful always making sure we were doing all right and was very funny. The whiskey ribs were delicious and having every hour be happy hour makes this place a no brainier for watching sports.
