"Another order that is grounded by hired people who do not seem to listen and do not care. grilled nuggets were ordered because my daughter is gluten-free and has come home to discover regular baked nuggets. yes, it's a big thing because she couldn't eat it, and the drive thru is badly controlled and leads to frustration for many who go through. this place will not get my business anymore, I'm done."

"I’m a long time roots natural kitchen fan from Blacksburg VA, but this location is just awful. The 3 times I’ve ordered from here my bowls have been so poorly mixed. I order 2 el jefe bowls and they looks like different meals entirely (see below). What a shame."

"I decided to eat a bit of food from here as it was on promotional offer. I work next to this place and always wanted to try. I waited to give this review to make sure it was the right way to feel. that was the worst tasting dinner I've ever eaten! I couldn't even eat it. So I packed the left over for the work and I couldn't eat it for lunch. a complete drop! I had 2 pork and 2 cortex. 2 on mais and 2 onflour tortillas. only the food was terrible! the tortilla and sour cream etc. it is all to expect, but the actual flesh was müll!."

"The foods delicious and garnered around the customer being able to select and build their meal from a variety of healthy nutritious items. The staff seems mostly very friendly. Been treated kindly there even if I wasn't paying for anything. The inside itself is neater than most places with an upstairs seating area though I've never gone up there or ate in store. It's solid I just wish it didn't cost as it did but that's to be expected for the quality and amount of food your getting, never not had leftovers. That's about it, watch out for over privileged entitled children you are right next to campus after allParking: Shared parking lot with a few other businesses in the city. You do the math"
