Food was pretty good, but the customer service wasn’t great. Came in today around lunch time and the girl standing at the counter just ignored us and seemed annoyed to take our order. When we would ask a question about something on the menu she would answer us with an attitude and just genuinely seemed like she hated her job. "This is my second visit to this establishment. The first time, the food was actually pretty decent. It came within a timely manner and the food tasted okay. Today, I visited for the second time and it was a complete 180. The food was mediocre, they were out of condiments, and the wait time was outrageous. The staff seemed discombobulated and were all over the place. We went 20 minutes at a time without being seen by a waitress. The yams fries are good. But, today, we had hard substances in our yams which could not be explained by the staff. And no, it was not sugar. One of my friends that was with me did not like her fried chicken. When explained to the waitress, she didn?t seem to care, and asked ?can you describe what you didn?t like?. I?m not sure about y?all, but when I don?t like something..I just don?t like it lmao. I recommend the yams fries, I guess if you come at the right time?today was not the right time for us. Hit or miss place, I wish you all the best if you plan on attending this establishment."
