I visited this restaurant with a friend, and the food was amazing. It was comparable to the paella I had in Granada—authentic and full of flavor. The tapas were also excellent. in my opinion, the biggest test of a Spanish restaurant on quality is its ability to produce a large paella. many have seemingly confused about risotto vs paella. it has expensive ingredients, needs some time to do it properly (it must rest to make the scrupulous quality fall from the pan,) and requires some qualified attention. yvette at the wooden spoon tapas, paella and weinbar has nailed it! yvette and our waiter...
