Pretty good food ! And the portion sizes were right on point. We definitely got our money's worth. And they didn't have a problem giving us extra condiments. Now the chicken wings were kinda small but, honestly, chicken wings are just small these days. Seriously. But we're definitely eating here again. We want to try a few other menu items. "Another order that is grounded by hired people who do not seem to listen and do not care. grilled nuggets were ordered because my daughter is gluten-free and has come home to discover regular baked nuggets. yes, it's a big thing because she couldn't eat it, and the drive thru is badly controlled and leads to frustration for many who go through. this place will not get my business anymore, I'm done."

"I’m a long time roots natural kitchen fan from Blacksburg VA, but this location is just awful. The 3 times I’ve ordered from here my bowls have been so poorly mixed. I order 2 el jefe bowls and they looks like different meals entirely (see below). What a shame."
