"I ordered Chick-n-Strips and they are MUCH smaller than I had anticipated. They are basically misshapend chicken nuggets. And you cant order sauce with it unless you order a small bottle of sauce which costs about $4.00. I scarfed down those strips in about 45 seconds. I also ordered the fruit salad which was quite good and tasted very fresh. I was very disappointed with how small the Chick-n-Strips were but I gave it 4 stars because everything tasted SO GOOD."

"We had a good experience here. Came at a slow time between lunch and dinner and the staff was friendly and attentive. They made good suggestions and provided a good service. This place reminded me of Sweetgreen but with a smaller menu selection. The portions are generous, especially when it comes to their proteins. Very good overall."

"Just want to shout out this great staff my Uber Eats order was delivered and while walking back to my office my bag broke and the food unfortunately scattered across the sidewalk. I called to say I was ordering again (in case they thought it may be a duplicate order) and told them of my unfortunate circumstance haha.Just received my order with a wonderful note. "Indian food is generally a hit or miss venture, with mostly misses in this country. Every now and again you find a place that is everything that Indian food should be; this is that place. The food is delicately complex, cooked to perfection. Vegetarian options are phenomenal, as was the chicken tandoori. The staff is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere good for most occasions. Next time we’re in Richmond, we will definitely stop here again."

"DO NOT order online from this place. You would think that with PRINTED instructions that it would be extremely hard to mess up an order. Search other reviews and you'll see it's true. We ordered breakfast sandwiches last Sunday. Both orders did not have the correct ingredients. It was also assembled in such a fashion that you might as well of eaten it with a fork. Also, their sausage has zero flavor. Nothing really tastes right at this Panera. On top of that, the bagel we ordered wasn't available. It would have been nice to have gotten some sort of update instead of letting us know when we got there. Save yourself the trouble and make the trip to the Carytown Panera."
