Pandemic wise this bar and grill couldn't be beaten. Guys wandering around clearing tables and sanitising tables and chairs immediately they had been vacated. As a vulnerable person, I felt safe. One way system to get food. Very clean. Food at a reasonable price taking into account you are a captured clientele. Many others jump on that bandwagon. A real let-down. Pleasant location. Limited choice of menu. Dishes available and not available at, apparently, random times of the day. Everything we ordered was tasteless and not hot enough. Collect your own cutlery and salt, pepper etc. As a keen supporter of Kew Gardens and a local, I was embarrassed by this distinctly below-par coffee shop. View all feedback.

When the weather is nice you can also eat outside, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables. A counter with seating options invites you to linger.
