We booked in with our tastecard 24 hours before and you must do this in order to get the discount which makes last minute bookings a bit awkward if you want to use it. Apart from that everything else was very good. View all feedback.

friendly restaurant with good food, although we spent a lot of time with flying away from our eating to fade. my daughter ruined a top by constricting a fly and pouring pasta sauce on her clothes. think they should install a blue light device, as this was quite annoying and unpleasant. Hallo thought would be a nice cheap birthday night for the children, but very expensive for some basic foods
Great food but be prepared to wait, service not the quickest
I booked a table for 8 people for lunch on 16th June only to arrive and be told Fratelli's don't serve food at lunch time on Sundays!!!! So we didn't eat there but were extremely annoyed. We had travelled an hour to reach the venue, 2 groups travelling from 2 directions so we could celebrate Father's Day. Your booking system made a huge mistake. The venue offered bar meals but that wasn't what we wanted. We had to make alternative arrangements or we be disappointed. I took the trouble to book via Open Table, received a confirmation email so am very angry. I suggest you ensure your system is checked and up to date. I won't be using your booking system again.
Food and environment excellent. Service was slow. 25 minutes between starter and main course
Very friendly and helpful staff, eating was also fantastic.
