After doing a bit of Saturday shopping on the refreshingly Main Street in Hawes called in with the intention of having lunch. Unfortunately they weren’t serving food until 6pm that day due to staff shortages. We settled for two very good pints of Theakston’s Old Peculier and a packet of peanuts.
