I regularly visit the cafe at Tennants and often have the mashed avocado with poached eggs breakfast. This usually is good with well prepared eggs on a thick bed of avocado on sourdough. Today the eggs on sourdough toast had the faintest smear of avocado. I told the waiting staff who said they would tell “him in the kitchen”. Nothing more was done or offered in way of an apology.
