I highly recommend trying the Shrimp Spring Rolls and Fried Rice. Both dishes were exceptional! The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance was fantastic. Overall, a delightful dining experience! View all feedback.
What Shannon Duncan doesn't like about Ding How Asian Bistro:
I ordered the Mongolian chicken with broccoli, and the only thing I found enjoyable was the broccoli. The chicken didn't look or taste like chicken at all. I was really disappointed with my experience this time. However, I will say that both the sauce and the broccoli were quite good. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
The food was as expected, very average... You have to understand that I'm half Korean, so eating Asian food was my life. And another thing is NOT Korean food it is Chinese food. More than 3/4 if not everything she didn't know what I was talking about when I tried to explain what I wanted. BUT, on the other hand, the court I ordered was a cooking speciality, so it was cool looking. There was also cooking. I liked this part. The best part of the meal was this women's talk. She took my order, but she also gave me 30 minutes of good speeches. So, I advise people if they want a good Chinese dinner then place is a great place...
I have now been to Ding How twice and have enjoyed my experience both times. My first meal was so good I readily anticipated our return visit. All our food selections have been delicious. The quantity of our dinners have been enough for us to take leftover home, and they were delicious the second time around. The service was excellent. Ian is ROCKS! She remembered both my wife and I and gave us the same quality service we received on our first visit. We plan to add Ding How to our limited list of favorite restaurants and will visit on a regular bases.
We have been in Jackson for about 10 months and recently discovered this hidden gem. Their tea is unbelievable! All the dishes I tried surpassed everything at other Asian restaurants I've visited. I had the sesame chicken and General Tso's chicken, and both were incredibly fresh and excellent.

This restaurant used to be fantastic, but the quality of the food has declined significantly. I ordered two different types of fried rice for takeout, and they were both disappointing. Additionally, the prices are quite high for what you get. Food: 2, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 2.
