Went to Little Tokoyo for the first time tonight, and really kicking myself for not going sooner. Food was excellent and so was service. Food was average. Service was poor. The waiter was wonderful, but at some point during lunch, their internet went down, and we were told to pay in cash or cash app, neither of which we had.
