Very good hot Home Made chocolate. In Riehen Dorf very Central. They also have wonderful Desserts. You can also take breakfast. Everything is really very good.
A confiserie where you are spoilt for choice of delicious cakes. Very friendly waitress service too. Thoroughly recommend.

"They are very friendly BUT we had to wait sooo long to get the food...we didn't even have drinks while waiting so that should be improvedThe food was very good and prices were very acceptable, considering the near position to Basel and the higher prices there.We will come back and expect that they have either more waiters or less people to serve as it is always packed, which seems to mean that it is a good place to eat.Also if you take away, you get a 10% discount"

"This place is great for both pizza and focaccia sandwiches. Very fresh ingredients, imaginative toppings, and nice people. There are only a couple of tables so I avoid the lunch crunch and many people do take away. This is one of my favorite places for...lunch in Basel. Dinner would be fine, but I usually go to a more sit down place for that."

"That the little eck is still not in the trip advisor, I am very surprised. since I have been working in schopfheim (it is now 16 years), I eat here at least two times a week for lunch. the kitchen is badly shaped, rich in calories and good. the food is really worth its price, you will always be fed with the plentiful portions. Gourmet wonders may not be expected for 8,50 euro, they also do not belong to the concept, this restaurant. the evening menu offers from vesper to steak and carving many delicious specialties from the region. the small eck is, by the way, the spot for every age class, who is not too much on their outer or social position. who is looking for a well-maintained beer or a glass of wine, should find him at karl and sabine rehm, the owners from gersbach, or among the many masters actually fast."
